clywoldtimer, its not even fair to go after dave if the settlement turns out to be the real deal, good or bad its dave and eds responsibility to shareholders to assume the worst whenever information is witheld, it does not matter if in the end they are wrong, because even if they are one should be asking why management decided to do a good deal, to entice the independent directors into thinking otherwise, to then through their select minions to plant discontent amongst shareholders against the independents acusing them of being paranoid and whatnot, then proving that they were wrong about the deal--who does that kind of bs? Seems at the very least childish and stupid and a real abuse to shareholders
