Too bad HLNT &/or CEO made another $5-10K min mistake by not
switching to an ungagged TA (if the mistake is honest & can be
believed,... me...I don't buy it!!)

I pointed out the absence of the filing announcement with OTC
when HLNT went & added (albeit only tens of millions) shares, a few
months back, to the O/S.

In the end, Chad has not been as transparent as he said he would
& that to me is a legitimate concern & gripe!!!
