so, if kazaa is no longer on their site, it can be said that they may have sold it....

...but they've yet to make a filing or issue a PR...

...which means they may be doing just that this coming week...!

not only would they have additional cash on the books from the sale (IF they sold it; they might have just ended it and cut their losses), but they'd have a significant amount of losses cut from their liabilities as it was such a drain.
