It was poor DD from Geo. I thought that they were doing a pretty good job before. SAIC Fling from Geo hit piece is for 2008. Everyone knows that LLEN acquired PingYi coal in in January 2010. Also in 2008 SAIC filing, Bao Guo Zhang is one of the major owners. LLEN has indicated that before it acquired PingYi coal mine, it was operated by Bao Guo Zhang.

The advertisements of the sale of PingYi coal only shows the contact person as Manager Wu, there is no list of the company name and the full name. Anybody can put up a advertisements on the internet like that.

The bottomline is that the old 2008 SAIC filing means nothing and it was before LLEN acquiring the PingYi coal mine.
