Well, I wouldn't say merger since EST is a private company but and this is a big but, LBGE could give Keith so much cash and so many shares of LBGE for his EST company and its product lines. Now if this was the case a deal would have to be hammered out and an MM might have to be in the mix to work up the shares part (IMO)(thus giving an MM a heads up to a big dumparoo or in our case LBGE needing to sell so many shares to raise the cash part of the deal). This is all going round and round in my head so its merely an idea.
