Read the 10k. More details regarding the endorsement deal in the filing but doubtful you ever see the actual agreement. Not something companies usually publish. 10k mentions the athletes earn additional shares at the end of each year, not everything is upfront which is excellent in my opinion. Performance milestones as well.

Tiger has Fuse on his golf bag, listed on his website, blogs & tweets about Fuse, did an interview on CNBC, etc.. I think its pretty clear he has equity, he wants the value of that equity to increase and he will engage in social media to promote the company. We will eventually see TV commercials and magazine ads. Don't forget you'll see Fuse on his golf bag, almost every weekend, as he once again dominates the PGA Tour.... How about a Masters win mid April with his golf bag standing next to him as he accepts the green jacket!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
