There is no rush for me either longie. Soon, many of us will have been holding shares for a year and that will be just fine. By holding the shares a year or more we will only have to worry about capital gains taxes which will save many of us thousands. A settlement that comes tomorrow would be great but a settlement that comes a little later in the year would be a whole lot better for those of us who have held for a while.
