I've seen stocks like this that have run from sub penny to multiple cents per share and even higher in a short period of time. IMO this could be another one. Those willing to take the chance are buying up the float and when the news hits everyone else will pay a premium. You can get so much more for your money at these levels. It could easily be a life changer. IMO.
