They need to do something soon. My concern is they're running out of time on so many levels:

- Bieber's contract will be up soon (he can cancel after 1 yr)
- the company is running out of cash
- there are more text blocking apps coming onto the market every day
- they are missing the window of opportunity that's been created by the media about the dangers of texting & driving
- etc, etc
