Motion by Dave Williams DENIED.

It seems he wanted the judge to overturn the settlement filing with the courts of Dec 30th and annul the entire settlement agreement. He also motioned the court to put the company in receivership and to appoint Edward J. Walsh as trustee.

It appears Dave Williams can’t let go of his hatred towards Drago Daic, and he would rather see shareholders lose everything to prove nothing.
