Hi Mack. Saw the PR regarding the LOI on DOCU. Since it is just an LOI, that's probably why there wasn't much price reaction. I used to hold DOCU, but sold once the market conitions began to erode. Will keep a watch on it. Will probably be a few months before the deal is sealed.
