Of course xjag, you are correct. I am surprised that even needs to be said.

In the history of US markets, can anyone can supply even one example of the SEC revealing to outsiders ANY information about an in progress investigation? I'll settle for one example. You can post a link showing the statements the SEC gave to the public before the SEC finalized the investigation. If not, why would anyone expect information here on this one.

It amazes me that this topic even came up.... but this is the pink sheets after all!
