This stock has been very good to the shorts. That's why they place small trades to take it down. They probably have two accounts. They sell from one and short from the other to make it look like different people are doing it. Until there is good positive PR, which makes buying volume come in, there will be shorts here, screwing with the stock price. When buying comes in, they will close their positions by buying and it will jump more. Just decent PR could cause that. It doesn't have to be a pumper's PR. The advantage of pumpers is that they have e-mail lists of tens of thousands of people, so a lot of new ones come in, not just people familiar with the stock.
