I do not think that this is a buy and hold in the least. I have absolutely no faith that CAGR will ever be successful, even if they really tried to be.

It is my opinion that CAGR will only do and say what they must in order to facilitate share sales. thats where the money is. that's why all the insiders were issued all those preferreds to be converted to billions of common. That is how they will get paid.
