David Saltrelli, large stock holders or Cen-1 may pump the stock. I could be a joint effort. No one is really sure who, if anyone will pump the stock at all?
PumpsandDumps.com has stated many times before that usually the owners of the companies will pump the stock to try and recuperate the funds for their lender so it's in David Saltrelli's best interest to pump the stock himself due to having to try and recuperate some of Cen-1's funds from a mislead business venture.
