R/S was promised NOT to occur in 2011, not 2012!R/S in 2012 would make the share structure concerns a moot point. The progress being made by TD is at a snail's pace at best. R/S will make the stock that much more attractive to bigger investors. Do you honestly think this could ever hope to reach a nickel or even a dime with this share structure?
