If you actually understand the 8K you know that this theory of Det Robert Thorne makes absolutely no sense!!! What does make sense is the previous debt holders just stole your shares at 0.0017, and now own the majority of this company, which oh by the way will be debt free momentarily!!!

Short sighted people with no clue on how debt holders control everything always fall for this dilution scare tactics, which i for one agreed with when DRT was buying this at 1.50 or $15.00 post split!! now when the company is worthless he switches to a theory that makes no sense!!

Listening to people that paided 10000% more than the current value is very dangerous indeed!!

I think I will continue to hold my 4.75MM shares!!

It is relevant cause you paid 10000% the current Mcap for the exact same company, which proves you have no clue how to vaule stocks!! now that it is worthless on paper, it is a Sell right!!
