Regarding the shares issued to Raptor in the stock purchase agreement and the pass through to CCE, I made a mistake. Although rare, it's not the first and probably won't be the last but it was honestly come by.

You didn't answer my question, "Did you find out in one of your chats with the CEO that they bought RPTN for the tax write off or did you just make it up on your own?" As I indicated then, I'd be more inclined to believe that's why they did it if someone other than the "little birdie" told you that. If you avoid answering, I'll take it that it was just the "little birdie".

You may wish to continue try to to paint me as a "disgruntled RPTN investor", but you KNOW now, that such is NOT the case. To continue in such an attempt would be dishonest.
