The company has a real contract to build an electric Leaf limo. Once it is out of production, then buzz will be created for this company. The problem that I see is that the Ask is 600+ million. The stock will not move up until that is gone. Nice upside potential eventually.

I don't know if someone is intentionally holding the price down or if Spaniak is trying to raise cash.
