I'm amazed and stand corrected. It's in northern part of the state and the property at this time is being leased. After checking with the town records it is being leased by a company called LGE Inc.. The lease has been active for the past 2 years with a 10 year option.
LGE Inc. has an active address as 1024 Gold Canyon Rd. LGE Inc. also know as *Leo's Gold Exchange* is open 24/7. From the local newspapers this property has a long history of a mining past. Previous to LGE Inc. it was formally know as the *Golden Coin Bar and Grill* for over 61 years.
So if one does take the time and do a little DD one can put 2 & 2 together and come out with positive info.
