I don't understand why they didn't do a significantly larger "institutional" offering than $6 million at $1.11 when they have obviously been selling the ATM for far more than 6 million shares since the October offering.

Because they don't care or they are incompetent. The same reason they didn't do an offering at 2.50 when they knew nothing was coming in. The same way they only did a RS to get the stock to 3. Why not get it over 5 so that institutions can buy in?

BTW, where are the missing 4 million shares? Brings back days of ES and his offshore buddies doesn't it?

Why does mgmt only issue PR's at 8 or 9 am before the market unless it is aftermarket announcing another massive dilutive financing? Who are they giving the opportuinty to sell or buy shares? The shadiness continues. All imo.
