So it looks as tho salary raised to $150k for 2005......Ok I don't object to that, as long as; "subject to the Company beginning profitable operations and generating sufficient revenues to pay the same:"

but what about the bonuses...I didn't seem to find that part quite so easily and it's TOO HOT here today to expend too much furthereffort indoors....?

the thing IS I wasn't necessarily hoping to be quite THIS long for quite THIS length of time.......I've got my eyes shut and fingers crossed in regards to a few/a lot of the details here...lmao Best to all...10-Z
