Thanks ZTC. I think if Scott were to address the following questions in the conference call, we'd all be able to sleep a little easier.

1 - Will there be an R/S in 2012? Yes or no...
2 - What specifically, are his plans for the marketing campaign?
3 - Why does the company allow itself to fall into limited information status on a regular basis? I understand why companies go into limited info status, but shouldn't there be more of a focus to return to current info ASAP?
4 - Are the intentions of the company still geared toward cash cow, potential buyout candidate, and possible Nasdaq upgraded listing?
5 - How many shares, if any at all, has the company bought back already? If so, when can we expect those shares to be retired?That's all I have for now. Thanks again ZTC. Go SEEK. Been long and strong since 2008, but confidence is fading a bit. GLTA
