The company has suggested the possibility of this occuring in the 4th qtr., remember that projections are fine and dandy but "magnitude potential" is where this deal is at right now, "the big question" if I can divert for a moment, HOW BIG IS THE OPPORTUNITY?, not splitting hairs over 145m cd's or not or csn or 2nd qtr., numbers or why a journalist did this or said that.
This is a long shot pink sheet deal that I always believed would hit and now its just starting to look good(how were positioned in the industry of copy protection for artist's in entertaiment(video(dvd),audio(cd/dvd),down-load)).
If your a sensible person in this opportunity, up until now, its been probably driving you crazy. Lets try to use are intuitions, in terms of the "possibilities" and try to focus on where this industry is going and are WE, "that company". Lets ask ourselves, are we a hold? or are we a really strong buy or do we have the stomach for this long-term volatility, its not for everybody. It requires intestinal fortitude and great risk, making the big money on a short term deal is rare therefore if a deal like this begins to work for the shareholders and has big potential, guess what, why sweat the small stuff lets...look at "The Big Picture".
