The share REDUCTION has NOT been proven publically through Pinksheets update nor Deleware SOS, because Howard is in a bad position right now, acording to what he told me on Dec 8th, 2011 he agreed to reduce it, if Dennis, and Taber reduced their shares as well, among other agreements, so he claims he is cancelling the share reduction...oh Im sorry in his words "postponing" it if you like sweet stuffwink

He went on to add that he had to use some of the shares for funds so he got the TA to re-issue the shares he return back to himself , Then he did some Private Placements since he just got a $1 Million line of credit with Fair Hills Capital!

YE$ $1M dollars sounds nice, but remember that its using shares, its extremely dilutive, and destructive to share price, because the seller has no cares, or mercy, its just a transaction to them, they couldnt care if PHAR was the next cure for cancer, or a manufacturer of popsicle sticks!

Unless Howard was out right lieing and telling stories

Fairhills Capital will 100% show on their books a transaction that Pharmstar...Howard told me was for 4.8M shares @ .004

According to him Fairhills told him that they wouldnt dump the shares, but did just the opposite= good ole Fair Hills

I saw about that many shares hit PHAR bids .008 range, so I asked him if that was them, he indicated yes!

EZ money for accredited investors 100% EZ $

But to shareholders it is a highly dilutive form of getting money

and by the depth of our conversation, he was in deep financial trouble, and needed that money to stay afloat!

My advice to him was to NOT use them as I heard bad things about them!

Fairhills Capital

Fairhills Capital Toxic Death Spiral Financing Fraud Scam Sausalito, California
12th of Dec, 2011 by User831413
Fairhills Capital bought stock from my company, then they immediately dumped it. Fairhills Capital then called me and complained that the stock had "suddenly" decreased in value while Fairhills Capital was the one dumping it on the market causing a death spiral. I found out through a broker I was friendly with who Fairhills Capital used that the reason the stock tanked was because Fairhills Capital was dumping it. I essentially accepted a toxic death sprial transaction from them although I was led to believe that they would hold the stock long term instead of immediately dumping it as soon as they got it killing my stock.

I and others that know whats really going on are waiting to see how he/they are going to try to wiggle their way out of this one!
