My crystal ball was hazy but I see some clearing...what's that? I see...no, it couldn't be...I see a new display company! A new display company funded by Wilkes County taxpayer money! Around $180K in taxpayer money. More haze is clearing....now, what's this? I see off in the distance...oh no! The $180K funding has run out and still the failed display business has yet to do anything besides enrich a lonely Scott Nafe and a few of his temporary wannabe Nafettes...Jimmy and Glenny. But wait, even clearer now...clearer....I see a Phoenix rising from the ashes! It's a bird! It's a plane! No it's, its EXPO HOLDINGS the SECOND! The company reserected with no debt, no baggage from D&D Displays and a couple of grifting pimps who just pulled off the mother of all perferred stock reverse splits maintaining their and their buddies original positions, generating a huge bundle of potentially convertible worthless common shares to sell! And, not only THAT....dumping all the original common share holders in the process like so much landfill fodder into a phony reorganization!
It's like a wind blowing through Wilkes County...clearer now. I see a Nafe! I see a Nafe receiving a HUGE pile of brand new worthless converted EXPH preferred shares! New common shares! But why? Oh THAT'S easy! EXPH has come to repurchase D&D Displays not only enriching Mr. Nafe with a new pile of EXPH shares to dump in return for buying up the D&D assets for .10 cents on the dollar, but for doing it with taxpayer money and then holding D&D together just long enough to pass most of that $180K in cash to himself while selling the then near worthless shell back to the two grifting dirtbags that robbed it blind and bankrupted it in the first place!
