When the 100M A/S gets maxed out, ATRN is going to have to do whatever they have to do to get more shares on the market. ATRN has and obligations to settle via shares and that is exactly what they're gonna do.

Shareholder concerns abour a rising stock price will come just about dead last versus their list of contractural priorites.
