Talked to Robert yesterday; they feel they are very close to being able to fund their original plans for the Masterson deal. He has mentioned that he is waiting on several things that were out of their control, and mostly waiting on the holiday backfill of work for things to get finalized. We are receiving constant communication from them and plan on finalizing the deal very soon.
THANKS
Anthony Maye
As usual, Anthony Maye responded quickly and I really appreciate it. However, I'm starting to get concerned that he is being fooled by these guys for a second time. If you read his last 2 resonses to me, while he states that he's in constant contact with Robert Gandy, PGI continues to stall on the funding. As has been done with shareholders, it seems Home Creek is provided with one excuse after another for not meeting its obligations. I'll try to stay positive because Anthony Maye seems positive. But based on history, I expect to be told somewhere down the line that PGI was unable to provide the required funding. If you could sell excuses, this company would have a market cap higher than Apple.
