Hey Spark, if you think about it, the dilution isn't really that bad here, the price has already absorbed it before now. The current price is 400 times less than it was right before the r/s. The market cap, even at 500,000,000 outstanding is only around 800K.

I know a shell right now that has no operations and no prospects of any, trading at a 2 million dollar m/c (WGMC).

This stock is still WAY too cheap, especially if this deal goes through.
