Would be nice to hear 'something' out of Samuels...

here's a little info I dug-up on him from the iHub ENTS board:

The 'DTC' (that's a new one on me) appears to have put something called a 'Global Lock' on trading ENTS...legal troubles of some sort: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=7740
...I haven't got time to figure this out right now. Hope we still have a chance here...as far as I can determine (& aside from late filings) , HPMFF is untarnished & could still conceivably be sold-off as an ultra-low O/S shell to some 'honest' person...I hope I hope ;)
