Every single R/M is different. You never know.

Only using history of other R/M's as a guide, it is common for the peak to hit around 3 days.

DO NOT BASE YOUR ENTRY EXIT POINT SOLELY ON THAT. Every R/M is different and some have sustained runs for 2-3 weeks.

Usual penny R/M's have a bump for 2-3 days before tailing off, though. It could be that those are 'normal' penny stocks merging into 'normal' penny stocks - not a lot of solid history in the new company.
