If I can just clarify one point which has not been clarified yet.

If I remember correctly, CC claims that Howard opened the packets, emptied the contents, filled them with his product, resealed those packets and then covered them with his own label.

Howard claims that he obtained unused packets, put his product in them, sealed them and covered them.

I would imagine for the purposes of being sterile, it would make a very big difference.

But for the purpose of professionalism, it may still seem to be improper.
