and argumentative comments trying to link lifestyle and this company are inaccurate (to be kind).

the ceo of this company became wealthy thanks to his brilliance in PAST endeavors (which did reward his leadership with millions and millions of dollars)

thats exactly why he isnt cashing in every check owed to him. this clearly shows Bob is looking for the big paycheck for not just him but all shareholders. as he should.
