there's plenty data to base the technical out look.. first is they've got a promo history.. it's the only reason it pops,, don't kid yourself, saying there's no promo being paid.. It's the way these companies operate.. along with paying them selves astronomical amounts year after year, bleeding any profits.

That's fundamentally and technically bear.

But,, add in the paid promo factors and ya got your average pump and dump 'holding company'

they ain't trying to create shareholder value they are only interested in them selves.. CEO annual base salary of 240K, and CFO gets 180K, their hookers get over 100K.. THEY HAVE NEVER EARNED THEIR OUTLANDISH PAY-OLA, EVER! paying them selves futures Joanie,, as if they'd created a future, which you fell in love with.. year after year zip and garbage history. except one thing,, TREMENDOUSLY over paid.

technically,, you are facing the yearly triple bottom.. It's broken the yearly bottom trend line already.. so it's just a matter of breaking the horizontal support line,, or not..
the ONLY way it can save that from going to sub penny land is to pump some kind fluff news with the 300k they just robbed ya for..,, and heck why not a pile of common shares too.. history fundamentalism of technical indicators.
