prove it's unencumbered. we don't know but that eveything still has to go by drago, don't know but that part of the deal is keeping it in limbo w/ the patent office. don't get me wrong even w/ a crap deal w/ drago we have something, but not w/ current management because they will always take the easy way which will likely invariably be the hard way for shareholders
