FWIW, one of my sons worked at a local Fortune 19 company (CAH:NYSE) for a year and a half while in college and when they loaded/unloaded the pharmaceuticals, it was in a separate building, they were required to wear sanitized jumpsuits, gloves, etc. and key in and out through a security checkpoint.

And that was just a DISTRIBUTOR. I can only imagine how sterile a manufacturer of those products are required to be!
