avg restricted share price is 0.0008. 800M/$640,000.
among it, 400M restricted shares. It doesn't matter if it's restricted or no, but the key point you have to know is, the share price and the amount.
These shares are given to cover land and construction for their expansion. so the shares are given to builder and to play for land. In this case, the shares are not being used for playing, but sold to who are willing to get shares instead of cash for their service and properties.
So, KMAG has obligation not to do r/s in near future until the service provider to liquidate equal or higher mostly. 0.0008 is very high price if KMAG does r/s. KMAG will face lawsuit for fraud if they go r/s from this level.

BFHJ has to go up without r/s because of this, no matter what others say. It's common sense of business between seller and buyer of properties.
