I spoke with Ed Salmon Tuesday. We discussed multiple developments. My opinion from those discussions is the that the final signatures for the merger get inked today. 8-K follows and PR no later than Tueday going into detail about not on the merger but a very significant overview update of the future. (loan/new contracts possibly) I think a nice move is in store once we get udated on todays events in Clearwater..sea ps confirmed the float is 6million range and insiders own 70 mil of the 119 outstanding. Stay tuned this new director has a very solid background float confirmation support..from Rig below
