The XPOI financials also confirm ownership of 1.66 mil CPFH shares as of 6/30/11. Had any shares been sold, an SEC filing would have been required for CPFH since the shares are deemed to be controlled by Cummer and he is a CPFH insider.

I would guess that we may see XPOI's shares sold to B. Graham in some type of block transaction for around 250k.
