It seems that way.
The picture in my mind is one single overworked accountant sitting in an office with stacks and stacks of documents on several almost collapsing desks, doing due dilligence on this proposed merger.
But in view of the past it seems that if there does not seem to be enough advantages, these people are not afraid to back off again.
I think they saved their shell from being taken apart or abused by the Verges crowd at Newmarket.
It's high time for some news though. (Positive news that is)
My reason for hanging in is that it's not worth anything anyway, even if you can sell a share at all, so a failure won't add much to the current situation.
If it works out though, I will do nicely.
Back to waiting.
