Some interesting developments on the CPFH front. B. Graham (A 5% owner of CPFH) is in negotiations to do a transaction with CPFH as per a 1/6 SEC filing. CPFH stock has been rising a bit off it's lows and a 200k block traded today. See my posts on the CPFH yahoo message board.

XPOI is in the process of exiting it's CPFH investment, but still does hold a CPFH note and if memory serves me also has a significant block of CPFH stock. This may be an opportunity for XPOI to further accelerate the monetization of remaining CPFH interests in support of the strategic focus on PawnMart.
