oh I'm more than "good" with what I have....but couldn't resist. I basically decided that if I'm not selling then I need to take this opportunity at this price.

I'm wondering if the MM's are doing this because they normally woulnd't let average joe like me get in on the action...it would come and go around my bid before I knew what happened. I won't say what I think it could spell IF IT IS the MMs. :)

Regarding another comment above this one you that you made, on whether it could have been one person or multiple today: I think it certainly could have been multiple, but it also could have been someone selling at "market" prices vs. limit. I've had that happen before when I was first starting out. I placed a stop order at X price and then it started as requested. However, because volume was so low, the pps kept dropping to find bids and I kept filling them....losing much more than intended.

Also, I saw for most of today and maybe yesterday (?)...that there were roughly 60k shares sitting at the ask which indicated to me that someone was already signaling an exit. Maybe they got tired of waiting and sold to market instead of limit or maybe between them and another person or two who had stop loss orders in, they all got walloped. I think that's what allowed me to easily pick these shares up. I personally think that if it was MMs, the pps would have moved big but it would have been on low volume. Just a guess.
