Good point about the expansion with sauces. I think we will also learn new things that no one has talked about yet. I like the expansion and diversification of revenues. I hope that they stay true with the concept - no inventory and no manufacturing unless it really warrants such. I would love to hear more from Catani more about Rungis Express early days, and how they expanded and where they started. I know info on profits and revs is hard to come by now, but if he could give us a general summary and post it here that would be wonderful.
