1. "......pay attention please...." They gave 5 million shares to Raptor Networks AND ANOTHER 5 million shares to CCE to release the debt.

2. I said, "As far as patents go, Tom Wittenschlaeger supposedly "authored" 17 patents at Raptor, including one for "Interstellar Networks" (LOL!) What does that mean for LLSR? NADA dang thang.... :) For YEARS I told them over at RPTN such fluff is meaningless. If it ain't listed as an asset on their balance sheet, it ain't worth diddly squat. Some people listened and saved themselves a lot of heartache. Some people didn't and look where they are now. The patent may have been co-authored by Oppenheimer but it's not listed as an asset for LLSR so it ain't worth diddly."

If you include the entire context, it is obvious I was referring to the "patent" you keep raving about. The one that means absolutely diddly squat to LLSR.

3. I never said I was an "RPTN investor", disgrutled or otherwise, you just made that up. People who have a habit of making things up are don't engender much credibility.

4. I won't dispute the merits of the HPC-30 because it is immaterial, but they ain't exactly selling like hot cakes, are they? Who cares about how HPC-30's are rated? Is Lantis going to become a distributor?

Finally, about your continued statements that Lantis bought RPTN for the "accumulated deficit".

If they did that, boy are they (and LLSR shareholders) in for a BIG, NASTY surprise.

Read TITLE 26 - INTERNAL REVENUE CODE
Subtitle A - Income Taxes
CHAPTER 1 - NORMAL TAXES AND SURTAXES
Subchapter C - Corporate Distributions and Adjustments
PART V - CARRYOVERS
Section 382

But ESPECIALLY the part that talks about disallowance of carryovers if continuity of business requirements not met.

In general, if the new loss corporation does not continue the business enterprise of the old loss corporation at all times during the 2-year period beginning on the change date, the section 382 limitation for any post-change year shall be zero."

Yes, there is a reason they all call me,
