kid...D&D Displays as we knew it no longer exists. The assets were sold to Nafe to satisfy the IRS lien (I presume) and he's moved the wood working equipment and office stuff out of Shaver Street to the Mirror Factory building he owns. Without D&D and it's equipment, EXPH is just a bankrupt shell. There is no one to call because there is nothing left to call about.

It will be interesting to see where Brown and Harrs turn up and how they handle the shelving of the EXPH shell. My guess is they turn up with Nafe...eventually helping out with the grifting of D&D Displays in whatever new entity it assumes, if and when Nafe takes it public that is. These arrogant rubes like Brown need to be taken down hard once or twice before they realize the scam game is a little more complicated than just lying to grandma and collecting toxic cash from discounted share sales. I wouldn't be surprised to see them in a sort of OJT under Nafe while they learn how to do it right and then to see them both re-emerge down the road running a whole new pink sheet grift. Harrs may have had enough, but no one will ever be able to weasel the scamming out of Brown. He'll be back in it up to his epaulets the second he gets another chance. The boy is headed for an eventual 10-20 behind bars because he's an arrogant putz...but he'll never figure that out till it's too late, lol.
