I agree, we also know that Elite has a history of being very tight lipped with info. They do not put out PR unless it is substantial and worthy of PR for the company.

One thing I really really liked in Jerry's comments with the 5M investment was his stating the following:

"With the completion of this transaction, for the first time in a long time, management believes that it can focus its time on growing the company and enhancing shareholder value without having to expend an inordinate amount of time contemplating where the capital required for growth will come from," said Elite's Chief Executive Officer, Jerry Treppel. "We believe this financing arrangement will help resolve that issue."

Shows his commitment to his investors when he references us in the very first part of his news release. Does the same when he has his CC's right after 10K and 10Q's are filed. Puts shareholders first which gives me full confidence that he will use this investment money to jump start the company as long as the FDA gets off it butt and the patent office finalizes 216 here and 154 in Europe's office. I fully anticipate big PR soon most likely multiple drug launches, probably the 4 the FDA did pre-approval for which includes the ANDA. I would like to Iraspidine moving also because that is an expensive Actavis/Mikah drug that only a few companies in the U.S. are qualified and certified to manufacture. I see the second Elite facility coming online with full operation hence the need for that new position at the company that was mentioned, I believe it was Operations Manager or something similar.

MM's play their games daily with this stock but there will come a day when they will not be able to control it like they do now. There is just to much investor confidence building.
