Getting close to the filing of the 10K.

The NT-10K states....

The Company currently anticipates that it will report a net loss of approximately $1,367,000, on revenues of nil, for the year ended September 30, 2011, as compared to a net loss of approximately $1,169,000, on revenues of $nil, for the respective period ended September 30, 2010.

Funding the program for the earn-in agreement has got to be getting problematic.
