[Judge Block has no use for this Court and we have such a solid case against our original antagonist the FDIC, that there is no reason to fold up shop here.]

What are the procedural and other obstacles to pursuing this? Can we ask for a stay or summary judgment or something like that to try to get an answer from Judge Block quickly?
