What a joke...absolutely pathetic. What were you a former federal officer of....jay walking, littering? Because you have no clue as to how serious fraud is being taken these days when it relates to investors money. Too many retirement funds, people's life savings, company pension plans have disappeared in the past few years for fraud to be swept under the rug like it was decades ago. The environment is no longer a "hush hush....let's not talk about it because we don't want the average joe to find out about it and lose confidence with investing." With today's technology, fraud, such as announcing a contract and selling a billion and counting shares, and other schemes to steal from investors is always on the front page. There is no hiding. Therefore, it doesn't matter the size of the company or the exchange they trade on, if a company commits fraud they will be dealt with so as to keep faith with average joe that it is safe to invest.

In the case with tivus, I do not think we will ever get there. For some reason, the details of the contract is being held back but that alone isn't even close to fraud. Selling a billion shares and counting is to continue doing business. Nothing legally wrong at this point...but that could change and if it does it will not be swept under the rug. Go back to your caveman federal officer era because your comments of telling me I would waste $500....and that I will go broke for real....and wake you up when they are indicted are ignorant and old...very old...school.
