Does anyone think/wonder that this is a manipulated scenario to get the PPS lower for an institution's first buy in?

It's kinda like watching CNBC and they say...oh yeah!...Gold is a major buying opportunity right now....meanwhile, some chumps go out and buy some gold and the price plummets a day later or sooner. Basically, institutions ask the news station to post those headlines so they can get out with enough volume.

Just a conspiracy theory.
